Isaac Benjamin

Isaac was named after my great, great  grandfather, Isaac Benjamin Littleton. You can read about him at: Chronicles of Oklahoma.

So…Isaac begot Wesley
Wesley begot Thaddeus
Thaddeus begot Bill
Bill begot Randall
and Randall begot Isaac

now that sounds biblical

  1. for all of the kjv only people, i happen to have a 1611 copy of the kjv. here’s what it looks like
The booke of the generation of Iesus Christ, the sonne of Dauid, the sonne of Abraham. Abraham begate Isaac, and Isaac begate Iacob, and Iacob begate Iudas and his brethren.
If it was good enough for the apostle paul to read it’s good enough for us – don’t you think?

  2. Isaac was the name of one of my own most important ancestors… Isaac Mann… I’m not sure how many “greats” to add to the grandfather part, but he was the first of our “clan” to settle in Missouri… our family farm went straight from the Indians to good ol’ Isaac…

  3. I read about him in the Chronicles of OK, pretty interesting. I was wondering when that was written because only 3 of his children and his wife were still alive and Wesley was not still alive. It’s nice to know a little about my great great great grandfather.

  4. I read the historical geneologies from the bible as translated by Scientologists. it reads Abraham begetted Isaac (now give us all your money)Isaac begetted Jacob (now give us all your money), Jacob begetted a whole flock of boys (now give us all your money)
